The Company:
ER Recruitment is proud to be exclusively partnering with our client based in Melton Mowbray. They are looking to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant to join their established team and provide essential assistance. The successful candidate will be professional and articulate, as well as an enthusiastic team player.

Role & Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:
  • Provide personal, practical and administration support to family members, including assisting with invoices and payments
  • Research events and holidays including booking flights and accommodation as directed
  • Assist with personal arrangements, special events and bookings
  • Liaise with and support the wider family employees as required and during busy periods/holidays to ensure smooth running of the business.
  • Motivated to work autonomously and confidently manage projects independently
  • Effective filing and archiving to maintain suitable files and records
  • Monitor and keep up to date records of key dates, actioning reminders and arrangements
  • Maintain office provisions and stocks, reordering as needed
  • Arrange and coordinate both internal and external meetings by ensuring appropriate set up of venues, and organising refreshments and lunches as required
  • Support colleagues with collation and sending out of meeting papers
  • Assist with any general ad hoc tasks as and when they arise 

About You as the Personal Assistant:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proven background in diary management and travel arrangement
  • Respectful individual with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
  • Competent IT user including full Microsoft Suite, some bookkeeping experience would be ideal
  • Strong administration skills
  • Highly organised
  • Flexible team player who is also motivated to work autonomously
  • Someone who is self-assertive and follows their initiative
  • Ability to build rapport at all levels
  • Focus on precision with a keen eye for detail
  • Resilient and patient
