The Company: We are looking for a confident and well-organised Receptionist/Administrator to be the first point of contact in a busy, professional office. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll support the wider team while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and would be perfect for an individual who has worked previously in a professional setting.
Role & Responsibilities of the Receptionist/Administrator:
Answering incoming calls with professionalism and clarity
Welcoming clients and visitors with a warm, confident manner
Providing day-to-day administrative support to multiple departments
Managing filing systems and keeping records organised
Handling data entry and maintaining accuracy across databases
Assisting with property-related enquiries
Ordering office supplies, refreshments, and handling basic facilities tasks
About You as the Receptionist/Administrator:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office-based role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Fast, accurate typing and data entry skills
Well-presented, articulate, and able to multitask effectively
Full UK Driving Licence preferred
